House Rules
Welcome to Gulch Alley Studios! We pride ourselves in providing a clean, safe, and secure location. Please read and follow our House Rules, and above all else, have fun!
1. Do not bring food into the studio! There are tons of great bars and restaurants in the neighborhood, but please don't bring any food with you to the studio as it attracts pests.
2. Pack it out - you are welcome to enjoy drinks in the lounge area, but please don't leave cans, bottles, or other items behind. Trash left in the studio will result in a $100 cleaning fee for the responsible party.
3. Stay home if you are sick, wipe down shared equipment, and use the hand sanitizer provided in the studio. Our staff takes every precaution with COVID-19 and is fully-vaccinated and boosted.
4. Do not leave gear in the live room or in the hallway. We have storage lockers available for rent. If you accidentally leave something behind, it will be held in our lost and found for 30 days and then discarded or donated.
5. Gulch Alley Studios, LLC is not responsible for not responsible for any theft, damage, or loss of personal property. We take every precaution to make the studio safe including three separate locks and onsite 24/7 video and audio recording.
6. Smoking of any type is forbidden in the studio. Smoking will result in a $100 cleaning fee for the responsible party.
7. Pets are not allowed in the studio; we can make exceptions for service animals, however a loud studio environment isn't great for any animals!
8. Feel free to use any gear in the live room; but please don't use any gear that isn't in the live room. If you have a question about what’s free to use, please contact the studio manager.
9. ALWAYS LOCK THE DOORS when you are done with the studio. Failure to lock the doors properly will result in a ban from the studio. Please treat this space as if it was your own home!
10. Lost studio keys or locks will result in a $150 replacement fee.

Cancellation Policy
For cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled date, rehearsal booking fees and recording are subject to a 50% fee; cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
We will always attempt to reschedule to avoid a cancellation, but this cannot always be accommodated as the studio schedule varies. Thank you for understanding!
